Ready to Run is currently available on iPhone (iOS 16 or later) only. An Android version is not yet available.

Ready to Run is the race-predictor and training app: race predictions, VDOT training paces, a run log, and daily readiness check-ins. Run Foundations is a separate app focused on running drills: warm-up, strength, form and cool-down videos with coaching cues. Both are free and built around Kathy Butler's coaching methodology.
