The personalized training plans allow for complete optimization of your training. Not only are your daily training needs developed just for you but balancing the rest of your life's demands is worked into the program so that you can get the most out of your body. If you need to change things because, well, life happens, then I can be emailed and quickly update your plan as needed. The normal training amount is kept at one week in order to allow for the optimum in feed back and adjustment within the long term plan. All plans include training platform Final Surge. Final Surge allows smart watch syncing, comments, notes, a training log, future planning as well as an extensive library of resources from Kathy.
