Life happens — and Kathy builds that into your plan. If you have a bad week, travel, get sick, or just need to back off, drop her an email and she'll adjust your training accordingly. Plans are never rigid. The goal is consistency over months, not perfection in any single week.
That depends entirely on your goals and current fitness — and Kathy will design around your actual availability. Beginners might start at 3–4 hours per week. Competitive athletes training for a marathon might be at 8–12 hours. There's no minimum — Kathy builds the plan around your life, not the other way round.
Bronze is a great starting point — you get a fully personalized weekly plan and unlimited email support. Silver adds a weekly call with Kathy for deeper feedback and relationship-building.
