Let My Experience Help You
I was a professional athlete for 20 years before I became a coach.
I competed in the NCAA's, Olympics, World Championships, World Cross Country... pretty much everything you can do in running.
Whether you're gearing up for a major city marathon, a local road race, or simply striving for better fitness, I offer a tailored coaching program to help you maximize your running potential. With experience guiding everyone from novice marathon runners to elite athletes, I can help you reach your running goals.

I have many happy athletes all over the world.
I have Level 3 USATF certification, which is the highest level of the USATF Coaching Education Program. It prepares coaches with a rigorous scientific base that is applied as a multidisciplinary approach to coaching high-level athletes. In conjunction with the USATF Level 3, I attended the IAAF Academy School, which provided me with the highest international coaching certification.
I have been a national team coach on several occasions: 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile. 2023 World Cross Country Championships held in Bathurst, Australia. 2022 NACAC Track and Field Championships in Freeport, Bahamas.
I am a USATF Coaching Education Instructor, teaching coaching education across North America. I am also the chair of USATF Coaching Education.
My coaching experience includes assistant coach roles at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and Stanford University. I currently coach the Run Boulder Athletic club in Colorado.
